If you`ve never been into group fitness classes before, now is a really good time to get started. With virtual classes, you can take away the nerves of other people watching and you can see what it’s like to do a workout run by a coach who is motivating you while you exercise.
It’s also great to jump into virtual classes that are at scheduled times because it keeps you consistent with your routine and you're less likely to put your workout off once you're signed up and it’s in your calendar.
I run my online classes just like I would when done in gym studios. My online fitness timetable is a variety of 5 classes a week. They run from Sunday right through to Thursday giving you Friday and Saturday to rest and recover. The classes are a mixture of cardio, strength, core, and flexibility and cover endurance resistance, strength conditioning, fat burning, high intensity, as well as mind and body.
