First off, I conduct an in-depth personal lifestyle assessment to understand your fitness and strength levels, your eating and sleeping habits, your stress levels, your work/ life balance and your individual goals.
A tailored programme will be drawn up from this, with an aim to challenge and change you in the most effective and balanced ways.
Every session will follow the agreed programme but will be tweaked according to your needs that day and every month we will reassess the programme, your progress and needs, and tweak accordingly to ensure you are constantly being challenged.
You can travel to my personal training studio or I can travel to you.
